Section 20(1) in Gujarat Lokayukta Aayog Act, 2013
(1)Whoever intentionally offers any insult or causes any interruption I to the Lokayukta or the Up-Lokayukta or to the Lokayukta Aayog while the Lokayukta Aayog is conducting any investigation under this Act shall, on conviction, be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may o extend to six months, or with fine or with both.
