Section 1 in The Protection Of Plant Varieties And Farmers' Rights (Criteria For Distinctiveness, Uniformity And Stability For Registration) Regulations, 2009
1. Short title and commencement .-(1) These regulations may be called The Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers Rights (Criteria for Distinctiveness, Uniformity and Stability for Registration) Regulations, 2009.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
