Section 19(13)(i) in Andhra Pradesh Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2011

(i)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Registration Authority refusing to grant a Registration Certificate or revoking a Registration Certificate, may within 30 days of receipt of order, prefer an appeal to the concerned District Collector (Appellate Authority), who shall decide it after hearing both the parties with in a period of 3 months.
