Section 90(1) in The Rajasthan Sales Tax Act, 1994
(1)The State Government shall constitute the Rajasthan Tax Board for the State consisting of a Chairman and as many members as it thinks fit, to exercise the powers and to discharge the duties conferred on the said Tax Board by this Act or any other law.
