Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying to issue a writ of Certioriarified Mandamus to call for the records
relating to the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 29.06.2013 and
04.07.2013 in his order No.V-15013/CISF/4BN/NDRF (A)/Suspension
/2013-5158 and V-15014/4Bn/NDRF/CISF (A)/U/S/2013/5256 and quash
the same and to direct the respondents to take the petitioner into the strength
of the CISF and pay all benefits.

ORDER

Despite the same, even today, there is no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
