Section 15 in Punjab Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order, 2003
15. The licensee shall take adequate measures to ensure that Public Distribution System items stored by him are maintained in proper condition and that damages to Public Distribution System items due to ground moisture, rain, insects, birds, fire or such other causes are avoided.
