1. Mr. Maini learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that an application under Order XLI Rule 27 CPC, 1908 seeking to place on record the voice recording and additional evidence had been filed on 13.02.2021. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 submits that she has not received any copy of such application.
2. Mr. Maini submits that copy of the said application along with the documents appended thereto shall be furnished to Ms. Oberoi within two days from today against a valid receipt.
3. Mr. Maini is requested to follow up with the Registry and ensure that the said application is placed on record with the present appeal.
