Section 50(8) in The National Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development Act, 1981
(8)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (10) and sub-section (11), every member of the staff of the Agricultural Refinance and Development Corporation or of the Reserve Bank who is deemed to be appointed as a member of the National Bank under this section, shall be deemed to have been appointed by the National Bank on the same salary, emoluments and other terms and conditions of service to which he was entitled immediately before his appointment in the National Bank.
