Section 2(g) in The Uttarakhand Co-operative Service Rules, 2016
(g)"Member of Service" means, a person appointed in a substantive capacity, under the provision of these rules or of the rules or orders in force prior to the commencement of these rules, to a post in the cadre of the service;
