State of Madhya Pradesh - Subsection

Section 25(2)(a) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956

(a)he shall not act under this sub-section in contravention of any order of the State Government or Corporation or [Mayor-in-Council] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 20 of 1998.] prohibiting the execution or stoppage of any particular work or act; and
