Section 7(1) in Life Insurance Corporation of India Class III and Class IV Employees (Promotion) Rules, 1987
(1)Wherever departmental tests are specified in the Schedule for promotion, the syllabus for such test shall be as determined by the [Chief Executive] [Substituted 'Chairman' by Notification No. G.S.R. 477(E), dated 7.7.2021.].
