Section 2(1)(c) in The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Certification Procedures for Energy Managers) Regulations, 2010

(c)"agency" means the agency appointed by the Bureau for holding National Examination for certification of Energy Managers under clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 2 of the Energy Conservation (Minimum Qualification for Energy Managers) Rules, 2006;
