Any order passed by the Court under Sections 368, 415 or 416 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be forwarded forthwith to the Court concerned and a copy thereof shall also be sent to the Superintendent of Jail where the accused is lodged.(C)Criminal Appeal by Accused against Conviction
