Section 14(e) in The Goa Health Services Development Act, 2008
(e)(i)to allot ready built sheds or such buildings or parts of buildings, including residential tenements to suitable persons in the health estates established or developed by the Corporation;(ii)to modify on rescind such allotments, including the right and power to evict the allottees concerned on breach of any of the terms or conditions of their allotment;
