Section 52(8)(b) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000

(b)The officer and other employee may also take the assistance of a retired officer or other employee of the authority to present the case on his behalf, subject to such conditions as may be specified by the chairperson from time to time by general or special order in this behalf.
