(2)The register shall be prepared, signed and verified by the trustee of the institution concerned or by his authorized agent and submitted by him to the commissioner, directly in the case of a math, through the Area Committee, in case the institution is subject to the jurisdiction of an Area Committee, and through the Assistant Commissioner in other cases, within three months from the commencement of this Act or from the founding of the institution, as the case may be, or within such further period as may be allowed by the Commissioner, the Area Committee or the Assistant Commissioner:Provided that this sub-section shall not apply where a register so signed and verified has been submitted to the Board before the commencement of this Act.
