85. Welfare of employees and their code of conduct.
(1)The Government may appoint a joint consultative committee, consisting of the representatives of the Government, managements and employees of educational institutions to deal with matters pertaining to welfare of those employees.(2)The Government may, [XXX] [Omitted by Act No.27 of 1987.] prescribe the code of conduct and duties of those employees.
