(2)The Chairman, the Board, the Academic Council, the Finance Committee, the Director General, the Directors, the Deans, the Registrar and all other persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, are hereby constitute a body corporate by the name of the "Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research And Management (IITRAM)".
