PER COURT :
1. By the consent of the parties, stand over to 14/11/2019, to be taken up for final hearing at admission stage after the passing orders category/fresh admissions category matters.
2. According to the calculations of the petitioner liquidator, the outstanding payments towards these workers would be about Rs. 12 Crores and the liquidator presently has about Rs. 7 Crores as recovered amount.
3. In view of the above, since these petitions are being taken up for hearing pre-emptorily, the liquidator shall seek the prior permission of this Court before making any payments out of the available funds of Rs. 7 Crores.
4. Insofar as the day to day minor expenses and payment of ::: Uploaded on - 16/10/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 18/10/2019 00:26:20 ::: 4 41-wp-13010-18 + 149.odt monthly wages to the employees is concerned, the liquidator would be at liberty to do so, on month to month basis.
