(2)Every producer and every person employed by him in connection with the production, sale and transport of Cement shall, on being required so to do by the Central Government, and within such period as may be allowed in this behalf-(a)produce such books, accounts, records or other documents, and(b)furnish such returns and other information relating to the business, as may be specified by the Central Government.
