Section 5(1) in Kerala Private Forests (Vesting and Assignment) Act, 1971
(1)The custodian or any officer not below the rank of Divisional Forest Officer authorized by the custodian in that behalf may summarily evict any person in unauthorized occupation of any private forest vested in the Government under sub-section (1) of Section 3.
