The application for the Certificate of Registration shall be in writing and in Form I addressed to the Registrar of the Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu. The application shall be submitted to the University between the 1st July and the 31st October of the academic year preceding to which affiliation is sought for.
