(ii)the fees to be charged for enrolment of students for attending such courses in the University and colleges (including the tuition fees and hostel charges), which shall, as far as possible, be uniform for the colleges situated in the same local area, for admission to the examination leading to degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions, and for registration of graduates;
