Section 41(5) in The Bihar Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1972

(5)[ The rest-room or rooms or other suitable alternative accommodation shall be of such dimensions so as to provide at least a floor area of 110 square centimetres for each person making use of the rest room and the accommodation shall not be less than for ten per cent of the number of workers employed at any onetime.] [Substituted by S.O. 1940, dated 15th December, 1976.]Note. - Old sub-rule (5) of Rule 41 runs as under:
"(5) The rest-room or rooms or other suitable alternative accommodation shall be of such dimensions so as to provide at least a floor area of 1.1 sq. metres for each person making use of the rest-room."
