Section 26 in The Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987
26. Members and staff of Claims Tribunal to be public servants .-The Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other Members and the officers and other employees of the Claims Tribunal shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
