Section 10(1) in The Bihar Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Tribunal (Constitution and Procedure) Rules, 2002
(1)An appeal or an application, as the case may be, shall be presented to the Secretary of the Tribunal either by the party or by sending it through a registered post.
