ORAL ORDER
In accordance with order dated 07.03.2019, the Official Liquidator had carried out fresh valuation and a valuation report dated 25.06.2019 was filed. However, with the passage of time, it will be necessary to seek a fresh valuation of properties. In order to undertake a fresh valuation, entire fresh exercise of issuing advertisement will have to be undertaken, therefore the present OLR has become infructuous. However, while disposing of the same as having so become infructuous, prayers (C) and (D) of para 11 are granted.
However, it will be open for the Official Liquidator to file a fresh Report on getting a fresh valuation of the properties. The present Official Liquidator Report is disposed of, accordingly.
