- The person so authorized shall seize such moveable property of such respective defaulters as he shall deem sufficient, and shall make an inventory of all moveable property so seized, and shall at the same time give notice by beat of drum of the time and place where such moveable property shall be sold.Such time of sale shall be not less than two days, nor more than five days from the time of the proclamation thereof.
