Section 4(1) in The Pepsu Representation on Sikh Gurdwaras Board (Preparation of Electoral Rolls) Rules, 1959
(1)The Electoral Registration Officer shall in such manner as the Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, may direct, prepare an electoral roll for each constituency which shall contain the names of the persons specified in clauses (v) and (vi) of sub-section (2) of section 148-B of the Act, who are resident in the constituency or have otherwise opted for that constituency in accordance with the provisions of sub-rule (2).
