1. Issue notice.

2. Mr.Kirtiman Singh, Advocate accepts notice.

3. This matter shall be heard on 22nd February, 2021 along with WP(C) No.1522/2020, WP(C) No.1524/2020 & WP(C) No.1525/2020.

4. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that till 22nd February, 2021, status quo be maintained, which is opposed by counsel for Union of India.

5. It is submitted by counsel for the respondents that show cause notice has been issued on 6th January, 2021 to which reply has to be furnished by the petitioner on or before 5th February, 2021 and in case any coercive steps are taken by the respondents, petitioner always has the liberty to approach this Court at that stage.

6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels, we direct that any action that may be taken by the respondents against the petitioner, shall be subject to the outcome of this writ petition.
