Section 45(7) in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982
(7)to do all things for-(a)unification, simplification and standardisation of building materials;(b)encouraging pre-fabrication and mass production of house components;(c)organising or undertaking the production of building materials for residential or non-residential housing, and(d)securing a steady and sufficient supply of work mentioned in the work of construction of building.
