Section 3(1) in The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016
(1)There shall be established an unitary University called "The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University" for realizing and furthering the vision, mission and objectives set out in section 4.
