Section 45(1) in Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
(1)Transfer of a child ordered by the Committee or Board shall be carried out by the Officer-incharge of the institution. The Committee or Board shall direct the Officer-in-charge of the Child Welfare Committee to arrange for the safety and security of the child during transportation.
