Section 13 in The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Act, 2005
13. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(a)the Governing Body,(b)the Board,(c)the Executive Council,(d)the Academic and Research Council.(e)the Finance and Development Committee, and(f)such other authority, as may be declared by the regulations, to be the authority of the University.
