Section 45(1) in Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1990
(1)The Corporation shall furnish to the State Government returns, statistics, reports, accounts and other information with such respect to its conduct of affairs, properties or activities or in regard to any proposed work or scheme as the State Government may from time to time require.
