6. Identify of elected members.
- Every member present in the meeting shall he required to furnish a certificate from the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Panchayat or the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation or the Chief Municipal Officer of a Municipal Council or the Nagar Panchayat, as die case may he. to the effect that he is an elected member of that body.
