Section 29(1) in The Maharashtra Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(1)The cash equivalent of the advantage accruing through the concessional sale to an employee of foodgrains and other articles shall be computed at the end of every wage period fixed under the provisions of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (4 of 1936).
