105. Levy of special conservancy charge.
(1)The Corporation may levy a special conservancy charge for providing municipal services in connection with the removal of solid wastes.(2)The special conservancy charge for the purposes of sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by the Corporation from time to time.(3)The Corporation may make regulations specifying the occasions on which such special conservancy charge may be imposed, and the rate of such special conservancy charge, the mode of collection, and the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
