18. Inspector-General of Registration to exercise general superintendence.
- The Inspector-General of Registration shall exercise general superintendence over the offices of all Muhammedan Registrars and shall have power from time to time to make regulations for the guidance of the said Muhammedan Registrars and the regulation of their offices generally.
