152. Powers of court-martial in relation to proceedings under this Act.
Any trial by a court-martial under the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860), and the court-martial shall be deemed to be a Court within the meaning of Sections 345 and 346 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973] (2 of 1974.
