Section 64(ii) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(ii)Such a Khasra shall be prepared a fresh by the Patwari for each village at the end of every 4th year in form P-13. The changes which occur each year in the interim period shall be recorded in the columns provided separately for each year in the prescribed form.
