Section 6(2) in Bihar High Schools (Constitution, Powers and Functions of Managing Committee) Rules, 1964
(2)The District Inspectress in the case of a school for girls and in other cases, the Sub-divisional Education Officer, shall fix a date, time and place for the election of donors' members of the committee.
