Section 20(1) in Assam Madrassa Education (Provincialisation of Services of Employees and Re-Organization of Madrassa Educational Institutions) Act, 2018
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie for anything in good faith done under this Act, except with previous sanction of the State Government.
