25. Control of District Election Officer.
- The Returning Officer, Assistant Returning Officer, Presiding Officer, Polling Officers and all other persons appointed in accordance with these rules shall work within the overall direction and control of the State Government and work under the control of District Election Officer.Chapter-VI Conduct of Election
