2. However, learned counsel for the Union of India states that he has instructions to take further time to file a reply to the affidavit filed by the CPS, Mumbai. Let the needful be done within three weeks.
3. Learned senior counsel for the CPS, Mumbai as well as learned counsel for the doctors shall file their written submissions within three weeks.
4. The additional documents and brief notes filed by respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are permitted to be re-filed and brought on record forthwith.
