Section 4(5) in Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973
(5)Any notification under this section may contain such provision of the amendment of the Schedule, and the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations of the University or Universities affected by such notification as may be necessary to give effect to the provisions of the notification, and thereupon the Schedule and such Statues, Ordinances and Regulations shall stand amended accordingly.
