Section 48B(1) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
(1)Every committee of society shall at the time of election of Chairman or Vice-Chairman, also elect representative who shall represent it in other society and the representative so elected shall not be withdrawn by the Committee till the next election of the committee.
