Section 166(1) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(1)A sanction given or deemed to have been given by a Kshettra Panchayat under Section 165 shall be available for three years or for such lesser period as may be prescribed by bye-law.
