(2)Words and expressions used and not defined in this Act, but defined in—(i)the Insurance Act, 1938 (4 of 1938);(ii)the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956);(iii)the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956); and(iv)the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992),shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them under those Acts.
