Section 145(3) in The Delhi Co-operative Societies Rules, 2007
(3)In case property is under attachment by virtue of the provisions of this rule and a decree is subsequently passed against the person whose property is attached, it shall not be necessary to file an application for execution of such decree and to apply for reattachment of the property.
